1. Aircraft Technician

Job Description

• As an Aircraft Maintenance Technician at PT Garuda Maintenance Facility Aero Asia Tbk (GMF), you will be responsible for performing scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance activities to ensure the safety, reliability, and continued airworthiness of aircraft. You will carry out maintenance tasks in accordance with approved maintenance manuals, manufacturer instructions, aviation regulations, and GMF quality and safety standards.
• In this role, you will perform inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, component replacements, and functional testing on aircraft systems and structures while maintaining accurate maintenance records and documentation. You will work closely with engineers, inspectors, and other maintenance personnel to ensure maintenance activities are completed safely, efficiently, and within the required turnaround time.

As an Aircraft Maintenance Planner at PT Garuda Maintenance Facility Aero Asia Tbk (GMF), you will be responsible for developing and managing aircraft maintenance plans to ensure maintenance activities are executed safely, efficiently, and on schedule while maintaining compliance with aviation regulations, quality standards, and operational requirements. Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Aerospace Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other relevant Engineering disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in maintenance planning, maintenance scheduling, production planning, operations planning, fleet planning, project coordination, or other related functions within the aviation, airline, MRO, or similar technical industries.

3. Aircraft Type Training Instructor

Job Description

• As an Instructor at PT Garuda Maintenance Facility Aero Asia Tbk (GMF), you will be responsible for planning, developing, and delivering high-quality theoretical and practical training programs to ensure the competence of aircraft maintenance personnel in accordance with applicable aviation regulations, approved training standards, and GMF learning procedures. The role supports the development of a highly skilled workforce while upholding the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Key responsibilities include conducting classroom, practical, and on-the-job training; preparing and maintaining training materials based on approved syllabi and regulatory requirements; assessing trainee competence through examinations and practical evaluations; and serving as an Examiner and Invigilator during training and certification activities. The Instructor is also responsible for maintaining accurate training records, monitoring training effectiveness, and contributing to the continuous improvement of training programs and instructional methodologies.
• The role requires the application of sound technical expertise in aircraft maintenance and the ability to communicate complex engineering concepts clearly using approved maintenance documentation and technical references. Working closely with engineering, quality, and regulatory stakeholders, the Instructor ensures that all training activities comply with applicable CASR, FAR, EASA, and GMF requirements while supporting the development of competent aviation maintenance professionals and a culture of operational excellence, safety, and continuous learning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, or Diploma Degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in an Aircraft Maintenance Organization (AMO), Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO), aviation technical training, maintenance instruction, instructional delivery, or other related aviation technical functions.
• Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aviation Training, or other relevant engineering or aviation disciplines.
• Holds a valid Basic Certificate, Aircraft Maintenance Engineer License (AMEL), or Certificate of Maintenance Approval (COMA), as applicable.
• Certified in Training of Trainers (ToT) and/or Practical Instructor & Assessor Training. Experience serving as an Examiner, Invigilator, or Competency Assessor is considered an advantage.
• Completion of Aircraft Type Training on one or more aircraft types (e.g., B737 Series, B777 Series, A320 Family, A330 Family, ATR 72 Series, Bell 412, or other relevant aircraft platforms) will be an advantage.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders, instructors, and business units to support the execution of training initiatives while maintaining the accuracy and integrity of training data and learning records.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Develop, coordinate, and manage the annual and monthly Calendar of Training (COT) schedule to ensure training programs are delivered effectively and in accordance with business priorities.
• Administer and maintain training curricula, Learning Management System (LMS) data, employee training records, and training databases to ensure information remains accurate, complete, and up to date. Coordinate end-to-end training logistics, including scheduling, instructor coordination, venue arrangements, learning resources, and communication with participants and relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness by analysing learning evaluation results, training participation data, and performance metrics, and prepare comprehensive reports to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Issue training certificates, maintain training documentation, and ensure all training records comply with company policies, quality standards, and applicable aviation regulatory requirements.
• Support the continuous enhancement of training processes, systems, and administrative practices through effective data management, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to improve operational efficiency and learning outcomes.

Requirements

• Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree (S1) in one of the following disciplines : Management Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Educational Technology, Education Management, or other Education-related disciplines with a focus on Learning & Development, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other Engineering disciplines, preferably with experience in Technical Training Administration or Learning Management, and other relevant disciplines with demonstrated experience in training planning, learning administration, or competency development.
