Perusahaan ini merupakan bentuk joint venture antara PT Arya Kharisma (entitas anak PT Astra International Tbk) dan Isuzu Motors Limited. Selain itu, IAMI bertindak selaku distributor untuk segmen Commercial Vehicle (CV), sementara pendistribusian kategori Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV) didukung oleh Isuzu Sales Operation (ISO). Isuzu dikenal sebagai opsi kendaraan niaga serbaguna yang andal dan bermutu tinggi untuk mencakup pelbagai sektor pasar. Di tahun 2017, Isuzu diperkuat oleh 108 jaringan outlet distribusi, yang mana sekitar 47% di antaranya berada di bawah naungan ISO. Memahami betul pentingnya performa armada bagi keberlangsungan usaha pelanggan, IAMI memprioritaskan kemudahan akses serta keunggulan layanan purna jual bagi seluruh unit Isuzu. Fasilitas purna jual IAMI didukung armada Bengkel Isuzu Berjalan (BIB) sebanyak 128 unit serta 2.403 outlet spare part. Dedikasi dalam mencetak tenaga teknis berkemampuan tingkat dunia dibuktikan lewat pencapaian juara satu kategori Kendaraan Komersial pada I-1 Grand Prix 2017—kompetisi tahunan Isuzu World Technical Competition di Jepang—di mana skuad Astra Isuzu secara konsisten sukses mempertahankan posisi dua besar sejak 2013 hingga sekarang.

2. Legal & Compliance Analyst

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, min GPA 3,25
• Strong legal analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Good understanding of corporate law and legal principles
• Ability to draft and review legal documents, including contracts, legal opinions, letters, and reports
• Familiarity with the automotive industry is an advantage

3. IT Analyst

Analyze, organize, review, and evaluate all stages of IT project development to ensure that IT projects go live on time and in accordance with the established blueprint.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (D4/S1) in Informatics Engineering or Information Systems.
• Minimum GPA of 3.25. Open to fresh graduates.
• Strong interest in the commercial vehicle automotive industry. Understanding of project management.
• Knowledge of business analysis, IT risk management, System Development
• Life Cycle (SDLC), database management, UI/UX, and basic server operations.
• Strong analytical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Good leadership skills.
• Knowledge of and interest in IT infrastructure and cybersecurity will be an advantage.

4. Secretary to BOD

Prepare agendas, facilitate and coordinate communication among management, and ensure that all Board of Directors (BOD) activities run smoothly and comply with applicable regulations and corporate governance policies.

Requirements:

• Diploma (D3) in any field of study. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Japanese is an advantage.
• Strong interest in the commercial vehicle automotive industry.
• Excellent document management and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willing to be assigned to the IAMI Head Office in Sunter.
