DESIGNER & ENGINEER

1. EMC TESTING ENGINEER

Job Description:

• Conduct EMC testing using measurement equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, vector network analyzers, and other related equipment.
• Conduct EMC tests and calibration in accordance with applicable standards and procedures.
• Operate and maintain measurement equipment used for EMC testing effectively and accurately.
• Investigate and review EMC standards and regulations applicable in different countries using English references.
• Prepare comprehensive technical reports in English based on EMC testing results and analysis.
• Analyze test results and support the investigation of EMC-related issues.
• Support engineering activities related to EMC compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Minimum age 18 years old.
• D4/S1 in Electronic Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in EMC testing, electronics testing, or a related engineering field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply with relevant knowledge, projects, or academic experience in EMC/electronics testing.
• Understand EMC standards, particularly CISPR.
• Able to operate measurement equipment used in EMC testing, such as Oscilloscope, Spectrum Analyzer, and Vector Network Analyzer.
• Understand and have experience with programming languages such as C/C++.

2. ENGINEERING STAFF

Job Description:

• Ensure product quality and maintain smooth production flow in accordance with established standards and targets.
• Analyze and identify product quality issues from an engineering perspective and support appropriate countermeasures.
• Prepare, manage, and utilize data using MS Office to support engineering activities.
• Collaborate effectively with related departments to ensure smooth execution of engineering activities.
• Monitor and follow up on activities related to Sub Assy Vendors, particularly in Quality Control and Improvement.
• Support continuous improvement activities related to product quality and production processes.

4. TRAFFIC EXPORT STAFF

Job Description:

• Handle export shipment preparation, including space requirement calculation, booking arrangement, and space allocation with forwarders.
• Prepare export documentation and customs-related documents accurately and timely.
• Process export transactions and documentation in SAP/ERP System.
• Coordinate with customers, forwarders, carriers, customs officers, and internal departments to ensure smooth export operations.
• Monitor shipment schedules and ensure compliance with export regulations and customer requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation filing for customs audits and company records.
• Identify operational issues, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement activities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum age 18 years old.
• D4/S1 – Transportation Management/Industrial Engineering/Logistic Management.
• Have 1 year working experience, in the same field is preferred.

Job Description:

• Make concept, design & innovation system/software
• Develop, maintain, and improve software system for production/manufacturing operations.

Qualifications:

• D4/S1 Informatic/Electrical Engineering.
• Understand (AI, Data base. management, RPA, C++, C#, Phyton).

6. MECHANICAL DESIGN STAFF

Job Description:

• Making design concept, modelling, drawing, and evaluation.
• Making document (Technical report, specification, calculation, Quality standard).

Qualifications:

• Minimum age 18 years old.
• D4/S1 Mechanical/ Mechatronics Engineering.
• Able to work in team/individually.

7. PARTS PRODUCTION ENGINEERING AND CONTROL STAFF

Job Description:

• Improve parts quality by monitoring defects and coordinating corrective actions with suppliers and related departments.
• Ensure Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) targets are achieved for new model development.
• Follow up and resolve quality issues related to parts and suppliers in a timely manner.
• Support production activities, delivery, material arrangement, and continuous improvement (Kaizen) initiatives.

Job Description:

• Monitor and ensure the implementation of ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 requirements within the company.
• Supervise compliance with product safety standards in accordance with international regulations (UL, TÜV, CCC, etc.).
• Act as a QC (Quality Control) Trainer for materials such as QC Introduction, TAT/PST QC Story, and other related training programs.
• Serve as an Internal Auditor for ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 and support audit activities conducted by the Compliance & Audit Office Department.

10. SOFTWARE DESIGNER

Job Description:

• Design and develop software for printer inspection systems used in manufacturing lines

• Support troubleshooting activities and continuous improvement initiatives in the production environment

• Write maintainable and clean codes, and able to follow company code standard.
• Analyzing requirements and designing new functionality.
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
• Supporting and fixing existing functionality.

Qualifications:

• Minimum age 18 years old
• D3-S1 programming academic background (Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics is preferred).
• Have good problem solving.
• Proficiency with fundamental front-end web programming language such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiar with one or more of server-side popular programming languages such as ASP.NET, C#, NodeJS, Ruby, Python, Go-Lang, Java, or PHP.

12. FACILITY ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

Job Description:

• Responsible for the operation and control of the building’s electrical systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities for electrical equipment.
• Handle and maintain substation equipment, including Medium Voltage (MV) panels, Low Voltage (LV) panels, and transformers.
• Carry out maintenance and monitoring of local distribution panels.

Qualifications:

• Minimum age 18 years old
• D3-S1 Electrical Engineering
• Able to communicate and comprehend information in English and Japanese (active proficiency).
• Has 5 years of experience in a related position.
• Good understanding of Medium Voltage (MV) and Low Voltage (LV) electrical systems.
• Experience in electrical maintenance is an advantage.
• Good understanding of building electrical and utility systems.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Able to perform planning, organizing, and decision-making effectively.
